Connecticut Chapter of the Ninety-Nines
Women pilots who have gained the achievement of attaining their place in the sky are the members of the Connecticut Chapter 99s.
MISSION: The Ninety-Nines is the international organization of women pilots that promotes advancement of aviation through education, scholarships, and mutual support while honoring our unique history and sharing our passion for flight.

Saturday, August 17 – Groton, CT. An event for National Aviation Day wherein local aviation organizations in the area make themselves available for inquiring minds in the general public. We plan on running a booth here and could definitely use additional volunteers and someone willing to park a plane for display purposes only!
Simsbury Airshow September 22 – “Girls Can Fly”
Members of the Connecticut Ninety-Nines including Nina Anderson, a retired corporate pilot, Constance Castillo, manager of the Meriden Markham airport, and Denise Robinson, a women’s air race contestant will give an educational workshop on opportunities for women in the aviation industry and how to achieve your dream to become a pilot.
